As a typical small to medium business owner, H.R. and OH&S, although integral to our business viability, is not my principal consideration or focus. I imagine that I am a fairly typical example in this respect and see these elements as more of an impost than a necessity. I do however understand our liability far any potential shortfalls in our protocols and recognise that we are ultimately responsible in this respect.
In spite of what may be regarded as a begrudging predisposition, I consider myself fortunate for having first met Deb though my attendance of an industry-sponsored
seminar. Deb was one of a number of keynote speakers at one of the sessions, but resonated most with me. As she delivered her address in such a knowledgeable, engaging and enthusiastic manner I felt compelled to call her afterward with the intention that we consult further in respect of my business.
At our first meeting Deb conducted as through a systematic process of analyzing or our existing H.R./OH&S protocols and systems. A key to this exercise was that it highlighted
our obligations, responsibilities and deficiencies across the varied landscape of our specific business operations.

It was by chance that our association with HR Staff n Stuff began, through a conversation relating to a mutual client. We have since found the relationship mutually rewarding in dissecting the mine field that Human Resources management has become!
