



As Managing Director and based in our Perth office, Kirsty leads with a wealth of experience in senior operations and human resources management, acquired across fashion, including wholesale and retail to warehousing and distribution. She understands what it takes to connect people, processes, and performance.
Keenly analytical and naturally curious, Kirsty loves a good project, especially when it involves getting into the detail, interrogating the data, and finding smarter ways forward. Her project management expertise and passion for continuous improvement have helped shape and strengthen organisations throughout her career.
Outside of work, Kirsty can usually be found experimenting in the kitchen or immersed in one of her many creative pursuits. Living with her family and animals on an acreage in a coastal region of WA, keeps her connected to nature and the outdoors. Her family has a real obsession with spiky plants: their hobby cactus farm boasts more than 120 cacti!


Deb is the founder and principal HR consultant of HR Staff n' Stuff, a Melbourne-based HR consulting firm supporting small to medium businesses since 2008.
Deb has done it all with senior management experience in industries ranging from international travel to homewares and everything in between. Her true passion though was brought to life when she could help workplaces navigate their way through challenging situations while building engaged and successful teams.
Since founding the business, she has helped a huge array of Melbourne and Perth businesses with their people stuff. Whether that's getting the basics in place like employment contracts and HR policies, working through a strategic development plan that supports growth, developing extraordinary leaders, training and development for teams of all sizes, mentoring, DiSC workshops or succession planning. You name it, Deb's done it with a smile and a practical, down-to-earth approach.
Outside of her time spent building exceptional teams, Deb wants to live in a world filled with puppies, baby goats in pyjamas, chocolate and free round the world airline tickets so she can continue to explore more of this big wide world with her wife and friends!


Sophie is an absolute powerhouse when it comes to all aspects of people management and HR, including recruitment, coaching, training, team building, performance and issues management, investigations and conflict resolution. Backed by experiences in the photographic retail and production businesses, she is also our resident expert in Lean and 5S processes and has helped businesses spot new opportunities and improve efficiencies. Sophie is incredible at creating highly engaged teams along with training and developing new leaders delivering HR support with a side order of humour and fun.
Sophie begrudgingly accepts that enjoying the finer things in life means she needs to work it off at the gym but she does fantasise about guilt free wine! She is the Queen when it comes to fancy dress ensembles and can also be found loudly and passionately barracking for the mighty Tiges!


Susan comes with all the experience and a cherry on top. As an integral member of senior management teams with an interest in organisational culture and employee engagement and productivity, Susan knows how to implement processes that deliver positive employee experiences from recruitment, through to performance, development, rewards and recognition and on to talent mapping and succession planning. Investigations that deliver an outcome are right in Susan's wheelhouse too.
Outside of the HR world, Susan can often be found celebrating life with her husband, family and friends… and a glass of wine. She loves a weekend away camping and exploring or simply getting lost in the pages of a good book. Susan dreams of a world where the only thing that’s infectious is laughter and you can only be killed by kindness!


Kylie brings the perfect mix of HR smarts, sass, and heart to everything she does. With years of experience supporting businesses and their people, she’s known for her razor-sharp instincts, practical approach, and an uncanny ability to tackle even the trickiest people problems with a cheeky grin and a clear sense of what’s right.
But Kylie’s most important role? Mum to three incredible kids - one girl and two basketball-mad boys who keep her life busy, loud, and full of heart. She’s their biggest cheerleader, and with basketball in their blood (thanks to a legendary great-grandfather who founded DABA over 60 years ago), you’ll often find Kylie courtside, bursting with pride and holding back happy tears.
When she’s not coaching managers or solving HR conundrums, Kylie’s indulging her not-so-secret love affair with fashion. She’s got a serious eye for style and can rock a power blazer like nobody’s business. Whether it’s raising extraordinary humans or navigating complex workplace challenges, Kylie brings passion, humour, and heart to it all.


Kim has an unmatched gift for reading people. In every interview, she has a natural way of drawing candidates out, understanding not just their skills but who they really are, which is exactly what makes her so good at finding the right person, not just any person, to fit your business.
Drawing on years of experience in fashion retail, across local, area, and regional management, plus leadership roles in sales and training within healthcare, Kim brings genuine care and insight to every placement, always keeping her clients' best interests at heart. She's also the person our clients turn to for thoughtful, considered advice on all things people-related.
Outside work, Kim's family is her absolute focus. Always polished and effortlessly elegant, she brings the same quiet class to everything she does.


Need to recruit the right person, not just any person? Jacqui's your best bet. Her career spans retail management, wholesale leadership, and customer service, giving her a sharp read on people and what makes a team work. She knows how to find the right fit, and she doesn't waste time doing it.
Beyond recruitment, Jacqui keeps things running behind the scenes too. She works directly with clients on award issues, policy development, and employment contracts, turning complex compliance problems into clear, practical solutions, while managing the admin that keeps it all on track. Clients trust her to get it right, and get it done.
Outside work, Jacqui's just as driven — into dance music, staying fit, and spending time with her family.


Starting out flipping burgers at Maccas, Vanessa has worked just about every angle of the people business since - as a union Organiser across retail and fast-food, as Director of HR in aged care, and as a Lead Employment Relations Consultant juggling clients from all walks of industry. With over a decade in employee and industrial relations under her belt, she's tackled more Awards and EBAs than she can count and knows exactly how to steer a workplace through the tricky stuff with a calm head and a no-nonsense approach.
Whatever the people problem, Vanessa brings the experience, the know-how and the genuine care to sort it out properly.
Off the clock, Vanessa is all about travel and collecting experiences, finding her zen on the yoga mat, and being thoroughly bossed around by her bunny, Middy. A people person through and through, she's the friendly face you'll be glad to have in your corner - just don't come between her and the chocolate.


Whether she's behind the camera at a high-energy sports match, a media event, or styling up mouthwatering food and cocktails, Anita brings a rare mix of creativity, calm, and precision to every project. She's photographed events across the globe and worked with everyone from small local businesses to high-end brands - always delivering striking visuals with a reportage-style flair that tells a story.
When she's not wielding her camera, Anita's in her element as a graphic designer - creating everything from slick social media tiles to bold brand identities. Her patience, collaborative spirit, and sharp eye for detail mean clients love working with her (and keep coming back!).
Anita also heads up our sister site, Capture n’ Create, a creative hub offering photography and design services for Melbourne businesses looking to elevate their brand. It's where her love of storytelling meets her obsession with clean lines, clever design, and light-chasing moments, bringing all her passions together under one digital roof.
