Deb has helped a huge array of businesses with their people stuff ever since whether it's getting the basics such as contracts and policies in place or working though a strategic development plan that supports growth, developing extraordinary leaders, training and development for teams of all sizes and abilities, mentoring, DiSC workshops, succession plans... You name it, Deb's done it with a smile and a practical, down to earth approach.
Outside of her time spent building exceptional teams, Deb wants to live in a world filled with puppies, baby goats in pyjamas, chocolate and free round the world airline tickets so she can continue to explore more of this big wide world with her wife and friends!

Sophie is an absolute powerhouse when it comes to all aspects of people management and HR, including recruitment, coaching, training, team building, performance and issues management, investigations and conflict resolution. Backed by experiences in the photographic retail and production businesses, Sophie is also our resident expert in Lean and 5S processes and has helped businesses spot new opportunities and improve efficiencies. Sophie is incredible at creating highly engaged teams along with training and developing new leaders delivering HR support with a side order of humour and fun.
Sophie begrudgingly accepts that enjoying the finer things in life means she needs to work it off at the gym but she does fantasise about guilt free wine! She is the Queen when it comes to fancy dress ensembles and can also be found loudly and passionately barracking for the mighty Tiges!


Leading the way in our Perth office is Kirsty who has done it all when it comes to senior operations in the fast-paced world of fashion. Wholesale, retail, warehousing and distribution - she ticks all the boxes and then some. Kirsty has a rich history when it comes to the development and improvement of organisational initiatives and has left her mark across a variety of industries and disciplines with her specialist project management skills being just one of her many incredible professional attributes. Our Kirsty sure does love a good project, especially when there’s detail and data to dig into!
Projects feature outside of work too. Being a foodie, Kirsty spends time honing her baking skills and she has a keen interest in the arts, cross-stitch, weaving, knitting, baking, preserving and knife-making (for real) to name a few. But her favourite projects are her partner, daughter and their fur babies Billy Baxter and Finnigan.


Susan comes with all the experience and a cherry on top. As an integral member of senior management teams with an interest in organisational culture and employee engagement and productivity, Susan knows how to implement processes that deliver positive employee experiences from recruitment, through to performance, development, rewards and recognition and on to talent mapping and succession planning. Investigations that deliver an outcome are right in Susan's wheelhouse too.
Outside of the HR world, Susan can often be found celebrating life with her husband, family and friends… and a glass of wine. She loves a weekend away camping and exploring or simply getting lost in the pages of a good book. Susan dreams of a world where the only thing that’s infectious is laughter and you can only be killed by kindness!

Jacqui is our queen of clean, teaching us all about the benefits of a clutter free life (and desk). Dance music keeps her young and fit, her family is her world and we're pretty sure she is keeping Mimco in business all on her own!


Kim has a knack for drawing out information from candidates during an interview that is without parallel meaning she is a champion when it comes to finding THE person to fit your business. Drawing on years of experience in the fashion retail industry in local, area and regional management along with leadership roles in sales and training in the field of healthcare, Kim understands just what our clients need when it comes to discovering that special someone to slot into their team and fill that skills gap or build a growing and talented team. Kim can also assist you with advice on all of your people issues…. Kim is also the supreme being when it comes to organising and wrapping the team birthday presents and our internal team events!
Kim ups the elegance quotient in the office and will always be found in various shades of black or black. Her family is her absolute focus and in a home full of boys, Glasshouse candles are her guilty pleasure along with her incredible collection of dangly earrings!


Kylie brings the perfect mix of HR smarts, sass, and heart to everything she does. With years of experience supporting businesses and their people, she’s known for her razor-sharp instincts, practical approach, and an uncanny ability to tackle even the trickiest people problems with a cheeky grin and a clear sense of what’s right.
But Kylie’s most important role? Mum to three incredible kids - one girl and two basketball-mad boys who keep her life busy, loud, and full of heart. She’s their biggest cheerleader, and with basketball in their blood (thanks to a legendary great-grandfather who founded DABA over 60 years ago), you’ll often find Kylie courtside, bursting with pride and holding back happy tears.

She’s got a serious eye for style and can rock a power blazer like nobody’s business. Outside the HR world, Daniel’s in his element cooking up tasty dishes for his food blog, getting crafty, and heading off on adventures with his husband and two kids. He’s always up for a good travel story, a kitchen experiment, or a chat about his latest creation, whether it’s a recipe or a new project.
He secretly dreams of a world where calories don’t count, airports run on time, and craft projects actually turn out like the picture. Until then, he’s serving up HR solutions with the same flair he brings to a dinner party - organised, a little bit fancy, and always leaving people wanting seconds.

When she’s not wielding her camera, Anita’s in her element as a graphic designer - creating everything from slick social media tiles to brand identities that pop. Her patience, collaborative spirit, and eye for detail mean clients love working with her (and they keep coming back!).
Anita now also heads up our sister site, Capture n’ Create, a creative hub dedicated to photography and design services for Melbourne businesses looking to elevate their brand with standout visuals. It’s where her love of storytelling meets her obsession with clean lines, clever design, and light-chasing moments - bringing together all her passions under one digital roof.
At home, Anita shares life with a noble Boxer Staffy (her self-declared soulmate), a cheeky young Labrador still learning the ropes after five years, and a snack-obsessed senior cat. When she’s not out photographing birds or sketching puppies, you’ll probably find her chasing golden-hour light or scrolling through puppy videos for “research.”
