HR Coaching
HR Coaching is all about working with you to ensure you:
- have what you need, and
- know what you need to know
in order to be successful recruiting, retaining and engaging your employees to ensure they do what you want them to do!
HR Coaching takes a few different forms to be as relevant to your business needs and budget as it can be. Clients can choose to work with me on a regular basis such as a scheduled half day per week or per fortnight, on a project by project basis or on an ad hoc basis when needed.
When working in your business on a regular basis I can be coaching and developing a person in your business to become your HR guru, or I can be your HR Manager. Whichever way works for your business is what works!
HR Coaching usually begins with an initial meeting to discuss your business and your needs, followed by a recommended strategy. Some of the things that may be identified being needed or being improved could include:
- Employment contracts
- Legislative policies
- Workplace policies
- Staff training and development workshops
- Process improvement workshops
- Development of position descriptions
- Help with all aspects of recruitment
- HR documents & forms such as leave forms, incident reporting, superannuation forms etc
- Education for leaders on employment legislation, rights and obligations
- Leadership development
- Issue resolution workshops
- Induction program
- Performance Appraisals
- Reward & Recognition programs
- Personality profiling workshops to enhance business relationships
