Deborah Peppard, Director of HR Staff n’ Stuff, is a certified HR Coach and a member of the Australian HR Coach network. Accredited in the McQuaig & DiSC Personality Profiling and Skill Assessment systems, and an experienced HR and people manager, Deborah delivers a wide range of products and services to help SME’s.
Deborah is also an experienced speaker, delivering keynotes and break-out sessions as well as running and facilitating workshops. Deborah has delivered key notes for Monash Economic Development Department, Monash Women in Business, Dandenong Retail Traders Association, PMA & PSPA among others.
Deborah’s expertise is in achieving business growth through linking people to profit by focusing on performance.
Deborah was the inaugural winner of the PMA National Young Achievers Award in 1999 for her business energy and vision, specifically around people management solutions. Deborah was responsible for delivering strategic growth for Intrepid Travel as their Global Retail Manager, and delivered a Business Process Improvement on Best Practice Sales Model for all direct sales channels at Intrepid globally.
Previously Deborah has held the position of National Retail & Operations Manager of Bed Bath n’ Table, State Manager of Goldmark Jewellers and Sales & Operations Manager for the True Colours Kodak Express Group, where she led the group to win over 80 awards for business excellence.
Deborah also worked as Director on the Board of the Beenleigh Chamber of Commerce, with the portfolio of Director - Business Achievement Awards in conjunction with Quest Newspapers.
